Descripción

  • Lead the daily execution of HR operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and social security processes.
  • Manage labor relations, union interactions, and employee relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations.
  • Lead recruitment activities for operational and administrative positions.
  • Drive training, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
  • Monitor and improve HR KPIs, labor costs, and workforce planning.
  • Oversee employee services, including transportation, cafeteria, uniforms, and workplace amenities.
  • Lead and develop the HR operations team, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Implement process optimization, automation, and operational excellence initiatives across the HR function.
  • Coordinate with government authorities (IMSS, STPS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT) and support regulatory audits.
  • Support plant leadership by ensuring an exceptional employee experience and uninterrupted HR service delivery.

Perfil buscado

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Minimum 5 years leading HR operational teams in manufacturing environments.
  • At least 3 years of experience within the automotive industry (OEM or Tier 1).
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations with +2,000 employees.
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll, Labor Relations, Mexican Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.
  • Experience managing recruitment, training, employee services, and performance management.
  • Proven leadership, people development, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
