Descripción

  • Partner with business leaders to align Human Resources strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Lead employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
  • Drive organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, corporate policies, and HR best practices.
  • Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
  • Oversee recruitment activities in partnership with hiring managers and the HR team.
  • Support compensation, benefits, and performance review processes.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to implement global initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the local Human Resources team while fostering a high-performance environment.

Perfil buscado

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience within manufacturing environments.
  • Proven experience in HR leadership or Senior HR Business Partner roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law, employee relations, and HR compliance.
  • Experience in organizational development, talent management, and change management.
  • Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively with corporate and global stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in multinational manufacturing organizations is highly preferred.
