Descripción

  • Act as the primary HR partner for operations, aligning workforce strategies with production and business goals.
  • Lead workforce planning and ensure coverage of operational roles, including high-volume hiring and critical positions.
  • Manage labor relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and internal investigations.
  • Promote a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and communication strategies.
  • Support and coach frontline leaders in people management, leadership skills, and labor law compliance.
  • Drive performance management processes and contribute to productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and health & safety regulations.
  • Oversee HR administration in coordination with payroll and HR operations (employee movements, documentation, and records).
  • Participate in audits and ensure proper documentation and traceability of HR processes.

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of HR experience in operational environments (manufacturing, logistics, retail, or similar).
  • Strong experience in labor relations, employee discipline, and conflict management.
  • Knowledge of labor law and regulatory compliance (e.g., LFT, STPS).
  • Experience supporting frontline leaders and managing high-volume workforce populations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; experience with HR systems is a plus.
  • English proficiency is preferred; availability to travel as needed.
