Investment Analyst

This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director, supporting the evaluation, underwriting, execution, and monitoring of investment opportunities, while contributing to key strategic initiatives across the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the financial performance of commercial and operational strategies.
• Develop underwriting financial models to assess the feasibility of projects and investment strategies.
• Validate development area models against the KPIs established by management.
• Develop operating portfolio models, including revenue projections and financial scenarios, to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare 5-page investment summaries for the initial approval of investments.
• Prepare investment memorandums for the formal approval of investments.
• Generate detailed financial reports for senior management.
• Implement financial analysis and predictive modeling tools to drive continuous improvement, as well as automate data collection and analysis processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational KPIs to optimize resource allocation and performance.
• Collaborate with the Controller and Treasury teams to ensure compliance with financial targets.
• Coordinate with and support the asset valuation team by resolving questions and ensuring compliance with financial covenants.
• Develop dashboards and interactive reports to monitor the financial performance of the business.
• Support internal and external audits by providing relevant and validated financial information.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure that expenditures and development activities align with projections and established financial models.
