Descripción

  • Manage and grow strategic accounts within the QSR, foodservice, and Horeca sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand presence within key customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers.
  • Conduct frequent visits with clients and prospects across Mexico.
  • Execute a Farmer & Hunter sales strategy to retain and grow accounts.
  • Present technical and commercial solutions through a consultative sales approach.
  • Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and close sales opportunities.
  • Manage and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with local and international teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Perfil buscado

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Experience managing clients within the QSR, Horeca, or foodservice industries.
  • Background in selling professional or commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Advanced English skills for collaboration with international teams.
  • Strong negotiation, upselling, and relationship management skills.
  • Availability to travel extensively.
  • Results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
