Descripción

  • Design, implement, and standardize manufacturing systems to support a fast-growing operation
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
  • Identify process bottlenecks and drive productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction improvements
  • Develop and implement KPIs to monitor performance (OEE, cycle time, scrap, throughput)
  • Optimize production processes including flow, capacity, and line balancing
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
  • Act as a hands-on leader on the shop floor, driving execution and operational discipline
  • Coach and develop technical teams, strengthening internal capabilities and problem-solving skills

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • 8-10+ years of experience in manufacturing / operations environments
  • Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence
  • Strong background in process standardization and system implementation
  • Experience in multi-site operations or complex manufacturing environments
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing technologies



Nice to have:

  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt)
  • Experience in metal-mechanical, coatings, or complex industrial processes
