  • Develop and implement performance-driven marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Analyze data to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, especifically paid media.
  • Manage budgets and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
  • Identify key performance indicators and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital performance trends to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with company branding and objectives.
  • Monitor CAC, LTV, and ROAS to guide investment decisions and improve efficiency.

Perfil buscado

* 5-10 years of experience in performance marketing for direct-to-consumer subscription or transactional businesses

* English: Advanced

* Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and paid media

* Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic/CTV platforms

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize CAC:LTV ratios and ROAS

* Experience managing marketing budgets and driving ROI

* Familiarity with multi-touch attribution, landing page optimization, and customer journey mapping

* Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms

* Knowledge of media and agency industry trends

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with adaptability to fast-paced environments
