Descripción

  • Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, including engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve production goals and improve overall plant performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align operations with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Lead and develop plant personnel to enhance team performance and productivity.

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience as a Plant Manager with full site responsibility.
  • Proven experience leading manufacturing operations with complete P&L ownership.
  • Strong track record managing cross-functional teams within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success improving operational performance, productivity, maintenance effectiveness, and cost management.
  • Experience driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence on the production floor.
  • High level of business acumen, strategic thinking, and operational execution.
  • Experience within metalworking, steel, metal fabrication, stamping, heavy manufacturing, or similar industrial manufacturing environments will be considered a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Valid passport and U.S. visa.
