Strategic Procurement & TransformationLead the evolution of the Procurement function towards a strategic, integrated sourcing model.

Define and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and global guidelines.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive TCO-based decision-making.Supplier Strategy & Sourcing

Develop and manage relationships with key local and international suppliers.

Drive supplier consolidation, negotiation, and long-term sourcing strategies.

Collaborate with global and regional sourcing teams to leverage synergies.Innovation & Product DevelopmentAct as a strategic liaison between local business, global innovation teams, and suppliers.

Support new product development by evaluating technical, regulatory, and financial feasibility of ingredients and suppliers.

Identify innovation trends and co-development opportunities with strategic partners.Risk & Supply Chain ManagementManage supply chain risks, ensuring continuity and resilience of critical materials.

Develop contingency strategies and mitigate risks linked to global supply and logistics.Operations & ExecutionOversee day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring product availability and inventory levels.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Quality, Planning).

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procurement policies.LeadershipLead and develop the procurement team, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Drive collaboration across local, regional, and global stakeholders.

Perfil buscado

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • +10 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain roles.
  • Proven track record in transforming procurement functions into strategic sourcing organisations.
  • Strong experience in supplier negotiation, global sourcing, and cost optimisation (TCO).
  • Experience working in international environments with regional/global stakeholders.
  • Background in regulated industries (pharma, chemicals, manufacturing) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate effectively in evolving and fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced English is mandatory.
