  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Lead quality audits and certification processes.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality management systems.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing quality-related concerns.
  • Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.

Perfil buscado

A successful Quality Managershould have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Experience in quality assurance within the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
