Join a leading luxury real estate developer as Sr. FP&A Analyst. This role is responsible for business planning, financial modeling, forecasting, investor reporting, and project performance analysis. Descripción

The Sr. FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning and strategic decision-making across multiple real estate development projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and update the Business Plan using actual financial results and revised assumptions.
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting including Budget vs Actual, Forecast vs Actual and Business Plan analysis.
  • Develop executive presentations and investor reporting packages.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for real estate developments.
  • Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis and project valuation.
  • Prepare project cash flow forecasts and sources & uses analyses.
  • Analyze project profitability, gross margins and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor project financial performance and identify key business risks and opportunities.
  • Support development budgeting and cost analysis for new projects and future phases.
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure financial accuracy and proper cost classifications.
  • Work closely with Development, Cost Control, Sales and Marketing to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analysis for senior management and executive leadership.
  • Improve financial models, dashboards and reporting processes through automation and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain documentation of assumptions, methodologies and financial models.

Perfil buscado

The successful candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities with experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and financial modeling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
  • MBA, CFA, FMVA or similar certifications are considered a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Modeling or Strategic Finance.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of financial statements, forecasting and cash flow analysis.
  • Experience preparing executive and Board-level presentations.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
