As a Sr. Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing infrastructure hardware programs and driving product readiness across multiple stakeholders. In this role, you will:

  • Lead Data Center and infrastructure hardware programs from qualification through mass production ramp.
  • Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and OEM partners.
  • Manage product roadmaps, schedules, milestones, risks, and program dependencies.
  • Drive readiness for new hardware configurations and infrastructure platform releases.
  • Establish governance, reporting, and tracking mechanisms for active product programs.
  • Ensure alignment between technical teams and manufacturing organizations to support successful program execution.
  • Support supplier readiness, sourcing enablement, and ongoing product evolution initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication and decision-making across global cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor program health and proactively mitigate execution risks.
  • Manage multiple hardware platform programs simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.

Perfil buscado

The successfull Sr. Project Manager will manage infrastructure hardware programs and driving product readiness across multiple stakeholders. In this role, you will:

  • Bring proven experience in Hardware NPI, Program Management, and Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of Data Center Infrastructure, Hardware Platforms, and Manufacturing Operations.
  • Possess experience working directly with OEMs, suppliers, contract manufacturers, and sourcing organizations.
  • Show a successful track record leading cross-functional teams through complex hardware development and ramp activities.
  • Apply strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Be capable of influencing technical and business teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Have experience managing multiple concurrent programs and rapidly evolving product roadmaps.
  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving, risk management, and execution capabilities.
  • Possess advanced English communication skills.
  • Bring experience from high-tech organizations focused on infrastructure, cloud, networking, servers, storage, or Data Center technologies.
