Descripción

  • Administer and maintain global telecommunications and contact center platforms (Cisco WebEx Calling and Contact Center).
  • Manage contact center infrastructure, including call routing, IVR, queues, dial plans, and user provisioning.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of phone numbers (provisioning, porting, routing, and decommissioning).
  • Support ancillary platforms such as Calabrio, RedSky E911, Zendesk, and operator consoles.
  • Manage PSTN connectivity and ensure a reliable global dialing plan.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to global users and teams.
  • Maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content.
  • Lead telecom projects such as upgrades, deployments, and migrations.
  • Manage vendors and ensure compliance with standards, including E911.

Perfil buscado

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise telecommunications environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Cisco WebEx Calling and Cisco WebEx Contact Center (formerly UCCX/UCCE or Webex CCE/CCaaS), including administration via Cisco WebEx Control Hub
  • Solid understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP), PSTN connectivity models (Cloud Connected PSTN, Local Gateway/CUBE), and call routing principles in a global, multi-site environment
  • Experience with RedSky E911, Zendesk telephony integrations, front desk/operator consoles, and workforce management platforms such as Calabrio
  • Cisco certifications (CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration, or equivalent experience) preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization
