Engineering professional or certified operator with a master's degree. Must hold credentials demonstrating a minimum of ten (10) years of proven experience as a specialist in the commissioning of pumping stations or water treatment plants. This experience must include participation in at least one (1) project involving the commissioning and/or operation of a pumping station with a design flow capacity of 8 m³/s or greater.
This position will oversee operations, drive strategic goals, and ensure the success of the organization. This leadership role requires a strong ability to manage resources and foster growth effectively.
