Descripción

  • Manage a portfolio of industrial properties, acting as the main point of contact for tenants and stakeholders.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience by overseeing move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and ongoing property operations.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, anticipating needs and providing proactive solutions.
  • Identify and develop additional revenue streams through value-added services aligned to customer requirements.
  • Administer lease agreements and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
  • Leverage data to generate insights, monitor performance, and optimize processes.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and ensure properties are well maintained and cost-efficient.

Perfil buscado

  • Proven experience in industrial real estate, property management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality customer experience.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Experience with lease administration, property operations, and multi-site portfolio management.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel locally and work across multiple sites as required.
