Descripción

  • Drive the growth of service, aftermarket, and lifecycle solutions across Latin America.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in collaboration with regional sales teams and channel partners.
  • Strengthen relationships with key accounts, contractors, engineers, distributors, and end users.
  • Promote digital services, maintenance programs, upgrades, retrofits, and technical service offerings.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand service adoption across the region.
  • Support the launch of new commercial offerings alongside marketing and product management teams.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to enhance service and product strategies.
  • Present value-driven technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and account management within CRM platforms.
  • Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer requirements to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Perfil buscado

  • Experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, building technologies, or related industries.
  • Background in selling services, aftermarket solutions, technical projects, or industrial equipment.
  • Proven success developing strategic accounts and long-term customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of controls, automation systems, or Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipelines, forecasts, and customer data.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and solution-selling capabilities.
  • Ability to present technical concepts and business value to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Availability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
