Chris Kempczinski is the CEO of McDonald's Corporation, a position he has held since November 2019. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as President of McDonald's USA, where he was responsible for the company’s U.S. business. Under his leadership, McDonald's has focused on digital transformation, enhancing customer experience, and sustainable practices. Kempczinski has a background in strategy and leadership roles in companies like Procter & Gamble and PepsiCo, bringing a consumer-centric approach to McDonald's. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is known for his collaborative leadership style.
